The agents serve as an extension of the ORCHESTRATOR principle, shifting the burden of portfolio-level logic away from generalist agents to specialized, domain-specific modules.

• Provides 6 specialized agents for distinct PMO functions: Portfolio Management, Resource Planning, Governance, Risk Analysis, Executive Reporting, and Delivery Reporting.

• Enforces strict blocker criteria for critical decisions like portfolio prioritization, resource conflicts, and budget reallocation, requiring human intervention for final strategic choices.

• Integrates with the Ring ecosystem, utilizing standard workflows from ring:using-ring and maintaining consistency with the PM vs. PMO domain distinction.
