慢得樂與本地大學醫學院及其他地機構合作，親自指導超過50個碩士生及本科生進行不同類型的研究及項目，涵蓋醫學、營養、心理學、情緒支援，運動等等。亦有培育及協助本地科技初創公司進入本地及大專院校之孵化計劃並獲取資助。
近年來，慢得樂都積極參與本地嘅科技及初創教育及培訓。除了不同的線上工作坊外，亦有舉辦專為零技術基礎的學生設計之「Vibe-Coding及Tech Startup創業課程」實體課程。教導學生如何由零開始製作PoC (Proof of Concept 概念驗證)、MVP（Minimum Viable Product 最小可行性產品），並推出市場go-to-market及申請本地孵化器資助 i.e., 科學園、數碼港、各大專院校等等。讓本地初創團隊有起動資金去進行更多驗證及洽談更多投資以尋找PMF (Product-Market Fit 產品市場契合度)。
註：合資格人士可以申請香港政府資助報讀本課程。
